birds

Hi!My name is Alissa.I raise ten birds and two cats! That is a lot of birds every person would say.I have three cocatoos, one ectelucts, two mccaws, and four coctilliels! They are pretty amazing because i had them for four years.Let me start with mccaws first, mccaws go through a hormonal faze where the bird starts to be really procetive of the other mccaw. It lasts for about three to four months.A tip is to stay away from the mccaw because mccaws could bite your finger off.Another tip is to get the bird on medicine.Put the medicine in the mccaw's food or water.Mccaws also throw up for eachother or you! They can not change that. Now about cocatoos, cocatoos go through the same hormonal faze too.Only they start at twelve.Cocatoos are very gentle, kind, sweet so most anything nice.Cocatoos live till eighty and that is same as mccaws.Cocatoos need a very large cage and lots of attention. Now about ectelucts, ecteluces are very fiesty. They do not need much attention because in the jungle, they lived in a shallow tree and sat alone.Do not force ecteluces to do something because they will bite you.Last but not least, the coctilliels.Coctilliels need to live with other coctilliels because they will get bored being all alone. They do not need much attention like the ecteluctus.Coctilliels get along very well with any other coctilliels and they are not hard to take care of.

If you want a bird with a small mess, get the coctilliel or the ectelucts
If you want a nice and sweet bird, get the cocatoo
If you want a pretty and cute bird, get the mccaw
